Riverside8On12is a quiet hideaway 5 Km from the historic city of Kandy on the Mahaweli riverbank at Lewella.
Riverside8On12 is a self-contained house with:

Three ready-to-sleep double bedrooms with fans;

Two large well-furnished living areas with balconies facing the Mahaweli River;

Three bathrooms and hot water;
-
Kitchen with fridge, toaster, stove and microwave oven, and all crockery and cutlery;

Laundry with automatic washing machine and drying area;
-
Secure parking for two vehicles; and
-
A village atmosphere despite being close to the city of Kandy.
The house is available as a self-catering facility.
Riverside8On12 provides some essentials such as coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread and eggs for guests to use on arrival [we request the guests to replenish these stocks if possible when they depart]. Useful items such as a first aid kit, insect repellents, TV and DVD player, playing cards and board games are also provided.
We also provide useful information on, and contacts for, grocery shopping both locally and in Kandy. We can also help you with your grocery shopping when you first arrive and, if necessary, during your stay.
Should you require a local cook for short periods, we may be able to make the necessary arrangements with sufficient notice.
