The Ranaweera Quads – Kevin, Brian, Ryan & Dylan, 5 years, made the news as they prepare to start schooling this year.
They will attend Courtenay Gardens Primary School, Cranbourne North. The quads were born at 28 weeks, weighing between 785g and 957g, just three months after their parents and sister arrived from Sri Lanka. Needless to say, their mother
is looking forward t some quiet time, whilst they are at school.

For the 18th year in a row the Sri Lanka Association Senior Citizens’ day was held at the Thornleigh Community Centre, Thornleigh. This year there were over 100 seniors who attended ranging from people who were there at the first seniors function in 1995 to senior who have attend for the first time. It was nice to know that the event keeps getting more and more popular every year......
