Dr Hector Perera

If you travel along Kandy Colombo road, turn off to Kirindiwela road. A few miles from there you would be surprised to see a restaurant that offers meals for just one price. You can eat as much as you like for just one price. Sounds not bad at all. There are plenty of choices as well. One morning we went there then there were milk rice, appa, pittu, string hoppers and pol roti and many more. I am sure Sri Lankans know exactly what I mean. I cannot name them all here so why not drop in there and see for yourself.  They have extended their branches to Mount Lavinia as well. Then once we dropped in there for lunch, I couldn’t believe the choice of dishes and different kinds of rice available, just for one price. Now may be they have more branches as well. One thing, the takeaway ...

Plenty of dangerous chemicals, sometimes germs are found in some takeaway food Dr Hector Perera London Fast food restaurants usually have a walk up counter and/or drive-thru window where you order and pick up your food without having to wait long. There is no such thing as a “bad” food, but these are some foods you should try not to have on a regular basis. Because fast food is high in sodium, saturated fat, trans-fat, and cholesterol, it isn’t something you should eat often. The ill effect of fast food and the potential danger that it possesses by its regular consumption is shocking. One of the things is obesity. Regular consumption leads to increase in cholesterol levels, nutritional deficiencies, cardiac disorders, loss of muscle mass, depression and even sexual dysfunction. One must apply some science in cooking because all the food we eat and drink are chemicals Dr Hector Perera London Since I was doing my Advanced Level science in Colombo, I tried my best to home cook something and eat than depending on takeaway food. The boarding house where I lived in Colombo was just room only basis, no kitchen to cook. I started by cooking in the room then moved to the end of the passage where there was the bathroom due to unbearable smell given out while cooking. The smell sometimes deposited on me then on the clothes. Two other friends as well joined with me so cooking was fun and easy and shared the work. We never tried to save any energy used for cooking and didn’t know how to stop any cooking aroma getting on us while cooking. We had kerosene cookers and kerosene was ...

(https://elanka.com.au/british-tv-cooking-demonstrations-help-home-cooking-eating-takeaways-dr-hector-perera-london/) Dr Hector Perera London I assume that TV cooking demonstrations would help the general public in many ways such as encouraging them to cook at home then saving energy wastage. There is no point of rushing from one to the other without a proper explanation or just talk something totally irreverent to cooking. In some cooking programmes there are a few people come to demonstrate their kind of cooking of different things. Sometimes there are two judges as well watching their progress. The contesters make so many mistakes while cooking various dishes such as cooking at high temperature then letting out too much cooking aroma and sometimes they let the cooking aroma catch fire for no reason. The cooking aroma sometimes contains inflammable vapours from the ingredients added to cook. It may be attractive to see something catching ...
