“LEGS ELEVEN” – by Des Kelly           Compliments of Charmaine Gunatillake and Keith Bennett, this both very interesting AND very important “post” comes walking in, to us, at e’Lanka. Unfortunately, it was just a little bit too late for this writer, who is, right now, the “guru” of isolation simply because my legs and feet refuse to let me walk more than a few metres because of an ailment that has got to be pronounced while totally sober. “AS WINTER BECKONS” – By Des Kelly Charmaine Gunatillake has written a very good piece of advice for all of us. “And, then, it is Winter,” clearly shows,  Each and every one of us follow the four Seasons, Spring, when we are born, Summer, as we go thru life, it’s good and bad, happy and sad, Autumn, the age of retirement, to either reap the benefits of a life well lived, or, end up bankrupt, sad and sorry for ourselves, financially speaking, to “finish-up”, “As Winter Beckons”, cold, homeless, and sleeping on the Streets, somewhere.This is sometimes, the reality of it. Secret Of Love – By Des Kelly Another interesting story from Charmaine Gunatillake, especially featured on eLanka, to show us, briefly, as she puts it, the “Secret of Love”, which I would reiterate in yet another simple three word slogan, “Love conquers all”. This is “easier said, than done” folks, because, after all, we are mere human beings, the word “revenge” is common amongs’t us, and put into practice, every time some ill comes our way, from another human source.  Charmaine’s story however shows us that God, the Almighty wants us to change our ways.  “VARIOUS VAGARIES” – By Des Kelly I have indeed seen the name Charmaine Gunatillake come up from time to time with these snippets of interesting information, and this is no exception to the rule.The English Language, being, in my opinion, one of the most important Languages on our Planet, today, is sometimes used however, in a manner that is “strangeness personified”.
