Sri Lankan Recipes by Curry Mad – Carrot Vegetable Ingredients 3-4 Cardamoms 2 Medium size Carrots 1/2 Tin Coconut Milk 1 Sprig Curry Leaves 1 Tsp Curry Powder 1 Tsp Garlic & Ginger, paste or fresh 1-2 Green Chillies 1/2 Lemon (Juice) 1 Tblsp Oil Salt to taste 1 Tsp Turmeric Preparation Wash and slice the Carrots. Heat the Oil in a pan and add the Carrots. Mix in the Cardamoms, Curry Leaves, Curry powder, Garlic and Ginger paste (Or fresh crushed Garlic and Ginger).
