AkzoNobel brings joy and colour to SOS Children’s Village in Monaragala this Children’s Day This Children’s Day was a day to remember for the children of SOS Children’s Village in Monaragala as AkzoNobel -producer of Dulux paints in Sri Lanka- marked the occasion with a day filled with fun, games, laughter, and plenty of paint. This year AkzoNobel employee volunteers visited the SOS Monaragala village, and together with the children created a life-size mural to brighten up their community. Kataragama Kiri Vehera chimes anew with generous donation from AkzoNobel (Dulux) Sri Lanka In an act of great respect and devotion, the staff of AkzoNobel Paints Lanka (Pvt) Ltd. -manufacturers of Dulux paint-, together with their families, friends, and the company’s close-knit business community, donated a new bell tower for the Kataragama Kiri Vehera on 30th July 2022. This was conducted under the auspices, guidance, and blessings of the Venerable Pujyapada Kobawaka Damminda Nayaka Thero, the Chief Incumbent of Ruhunu Magam Pattu, Pancha Maha Viharadhipathi (including Kataragama Kiri Vehera Rajamaha Viharaya).
