Nepal qualify for Asia Cup, Sri Lanka in Group B Source:Dailymirror Nepal sealed the sixth and last spot in the Asia Cup 2023, beating UAE in the final of the AAC Premier Cup.  Nepal will now be grouped with India and Pakistan in Group A, while Sri Lanka will be in Group B with Bangladesh and Afghanistan for the Asia Cup, which will be played as an ODI tournament.  The Asia Cup is scheduled for September, but there is still uncertainty as to where the tournament will be played.  Pakistan holds the hosting rights, but longstanding political tensions with India mean that they would not travel to Pakistan.  Pakistan has proposed a hybrid model to host the tournament, playing its matches at home and India playing their games at a neutral venue, but it has been reported that India oppose this format, and want the entire tournament played at a ...
