First Capital Holdings PLC Appoints Kuda Herath to Board of Directors 30th April 2024, Colombo:  First Capital Holdings PLC, a member of the Janashakthi Group, announces the appointment of Kuda Banda Herath as an Independent Non-Executive Director to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective from 29th April 2024. Kuda Herath holds a bachelor’s degree in applied chemistry from the University of Kingston, London. He currently serves as an independent non-executive director of Central Finance Company PLC since February 16th, 2019.
