Some Recollections and Reflections by Palitha Manchanayake Dear All, I have written this book “Some Recollections and Reflections”, and it is not an auto-biography, but a collection of interesting episodes which I have encountered as an Irrigation Engineer/Hydrologist, or to be more correct as a human being, in the past 68 years.
