Notice is hereby given that the Annual General meeting of the S.Thomas’ College Old Boys’
Association, New South Wales Branch Inc. will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, 27 October 2019
at the Wrights Community Centre, Corner Harrington Avenue and Wrights Road, Kellyville 2155

Note
a. Nomination of candidates for election to the Management Committee of the Association must be
made in writing, signed by two members of the Association and accompanied by the written consent
of the candidate (which may be endorsed on the nomination form) and shall be delivered to the
Secretary of the Association not less than 7 days before the date fixed for the holding of the Annual
General Meeting at which the election is to take place. A suggested nomination form is attached and
may be adopted by prospective candidates.
b. A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his stead.
A proxy must be a member of the Association. The document appointing the Proxy must be given to
the Secretary no later than 24 hours before the time of the meeting in respect of which the proxy is
appointed. No member may hold more than 5 proxies. A suggested proxy form is attached and may
be adopted for the above purposes.
c. All STC OBA NSW members are permitted to vote in person or by proxy.
