PAL Buddhist School Vesak Food fair 2026

We warmly remind you that tomorrow is our 2026 Vesak Food Fair at Pal Buddhist School’s Leppington Campus.
Our students, families, and staff have been working incredibly hard over the past term preparing for this special celebration, and we are excited to welcome you and your family tomorrow.
This meaningful day commemorates the Birth, Enlightenment, and Parinibbāna of Lord Buddha — a celebration of generosity, gratitude, wisdom, and mindfulness. More importantly, it is an opportunity for our community to come together, share goodness, and experience firsthand the culture and values our students strive to practise every day.
Venue: Pal Buddhist School – Leppington Campus
315 Sixth Avenue, Austral NSW
Event Schedule:
9:00am – Almsgiving Ceremony
10:00am – Official Vesak Program
11:45am – Vesak Food Fair Begins
2:00pm – Cooking Competition Winners Announced
Guests will have the opportunity to:
• Enjoy dishes from 15 grand finalist stalls
• Vote for their favourite dish
• Meet and pay respects to visiting monks
• Experience the culture and values of the school firsthand
• Support the development of our future Leppington Campus
We also encourage guests to wear white if possible as a symbol of purity and respect during Vesak celebrations.
Free Shuttle Service
Shuttle buses will operate between Leppington Station and the school throughout the day.
