“AND SO, TO SLEEP AGAIN”  – By Des Kelly  A most interesting “piece” on the very important subject of “Sleep”. Intriguing medical knowledge keeps coming out to us in leaps and bounds. Very few of us had any idea that “Sleep” would be instrumental in the risk of heart-attacks that are so common these days. However, I do know that my own sleep-pattern is now extremely erratic, nowadays, and, although my mental faculties (at 83), are thankfully quite high, in comparison to my physical ones (can barely walk, these days), I do find that too little sleep tends to affect my entire “mood”, and, catching up with “cat-naps”, doesn’t really help at all.
