Arpico Insurance appoints Ramal Jasinghe as new Chairman Chairman Ramal Jasinghe Source : ft Arpico Insurance PLC,  has announced the appointment of Ramal Jasinghe as its new non-executive Chairman of the Board.  Effective 5 July, Jasinghe succeeded Viville Perera, who retired after serving as Chairman for several years.
