Where is the Starving people-series 11? – By Dr. Gunatillake In my previous youtube on the same subject, on a previous entertainment show on the same premises, I headlined,” Where are the starving people”- a catchy controversial topic when Sri Lankan went through an unbelievable spell of an economic social crisis, worsened by the covid endemic. Though the title was catchy, I did give some clips of the insecure food situation of a large population of deprived people and stats to reveal that there is food insecurity in the country but no one starving. Brickbats were thrown at me from one of the forums I participate.
