A New Year Dawns. – By Noor Rahim   Waking up in the morning I did see The sun on the horizon shedding light that’s always for free Shedding its rays on the grass & snowy lawn, for sure Will it augur a new year of well-being – is our fervent desire For surely Blessings come when everyone doth share   The day starts with one’s solemn prayer To the God Almighty for life’s favor And seeking His blessings and succor With anticipation, sincere intentions that are very clear For one’s not really sure how fate will appear   So let us have Faith in the Religion of our obeisance Show no animosity towards others religious reverence And live in peace and harmony which is required for sustenance So that goodwill among humans will pervade in its furtherance And we can all co-exist in our future dealings & endeavors   ...
