Another Kelly-Klassic – “Don’t Break The Heart That Loves You” – by Des Kelly Another Kelly-Klassic. I first heard it in 1962, shortly after migrating to Melbourne. Had always loved this pretty young lady’s rendition of numerous songs recorded for posterity, but THIS ONE has stuck on, in my mind. With lyrics written by Benny Davis, this beautiful song will be remembered by all who listen to it. A simple, yet emotion-filled song, this is, by far, one of my favourites.
