GREAT MESSAGE OF Sri Lanka’s NEW CHIEF JUSTICE – By Des Kelly   This was a lengthy, but most interesting article, sent to me by my good friend, Lankan/Aussie Maxwell Gerreyn, which, I am certain, will be enjoyed by everyone, & especially every Lankan patriot, wherever they are, in the World, today.
