Good News From Jayam March 15, 2023 Pls Scroll Down 35 items Happy St Patrick’s Day March 17, 2023 (erin go bragh) Sri Lanka America Association of Southern California (SLAASC) Celebrates 50 Years in 2023 Raja de Silva – President 1975 During his SLAASC presidency, Raja de Silva’s involvement with the Los Angeles City Council and Mayor Tom Bradley helped promote Sri Lankan heritage and culture. He helped improve SLAASC newsletter with his graphic design knowledge. Raja contributed multiple poems and articles for the SLAASC newsletter. Raja was a past pupil of St. Peter’s College and was very involved in the Past Pupil’s Association in California. Raja managed the Graphics design division for the Automobile Association of America. Raja de Silva passed away in 2011. Raja’s wife Chinta and children Manomi and Niran were all very involved with the association.
