Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Sultanate of Oman Ameer Ajwad plants Sri Lankan fruit sapling at Saara Oasis in Buraimi of Oman to mark the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations Source:mfa.gov.lk Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Sultanate of Oman Omar Lebbe Ameer Ajwad undertook a two day official visit to the Governorate of Al Buraimi, northwestern region of the Sultanate of Oman, from 21 – 22 November 2021. He called on the Governor of Al Buraimi, Sayyid Dr. Hamad bin Ahmed bin Saud Al Busaidi and held a productive bilateral meeting and presented a memorial logo issued to mark the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Sri Lanka and the Sultanate of Oman which falls this year.
