Passing away of Edward (Edda) Victor Pereira in Zurich, Switzerland To. THE STC DSA ERA GROUP, It is with sadness we note the passing away of Edward (Edda) Victor Pereira in Zurich, Switzerland. From: CORINNE KING This is to inform all those on my email distribution listing of the passing away of my 1st cousin – Edward (Edda) Victor Pereira, son of the late Conrad Lawrence Pereira and Iris Pereira (nee Varney) formerly of Wellawatte, Sri Lanka and for over 60 years a resident in Zurich, Switzerland.  Edward was 88 years of age when he passed away on 27th September in a Zurich Hospital from complications with his heart and kidneys.  Edward was a long distance Marathon Swimmer, swimming from Mount Lavinia to Galle Face Green in rough seas and against many treacherous seas.  ...
