OBITUARY – Adrian Baptist formerly of Sharikat Fanniya Omaniya [SFO] Muscat Oman Hello All – Yasmin & I were shocked and saddened to learn that Adrian Baptist passed away last week and was cremated on Tuesday January 7 2025 I was looking for the Obituary Posted by the Funeral Home but was not successful. I have known him for several years when he was in Oman and introduced the Kalamazoo Systems as a Sales Executive of Sharikat Fanniya Oman to Oman Telecommunications. Rest In Peace Dimithri Seneviratne – By Lawrence Machado Dimithri ‘Dimi or Dimz’ Micheal Seneviratne, the son of Tyronne and Meeling, sadly passed away on Saturday, January 11, after a brave battle with cancer. Dimi, 30, attended St Peter’s College, Bambalapitiya and later the Royal Institute. Dimi, who left St Peter’s in 2006, worked at LOLC and Healthrecon. His Dad Tyronne Seneviratne is also an alumnus of St Peter’s College. His Mother, Meeling, attended Holy Family Convent, Bambalapitiya. Dimi’s funeral will be held on Sunday, January 12. The viewing will be at Restpect, Jayaratne, Borella, from 9am, followed by the funeral at 3.30pm. The family is very grateful to everyone for their prayers and support during Dimi’s initial diagnosis and through the many treatments. Your continued prayers are much appreciated. Obituary-Mr Errol De Silva In loving memory of our dear Dada, and Papa, Errol De Silva. Born April 1939 and sadly passed away on December 12, 2024. Loving father to Sabrina (Ross) and Ewan (Cathy). Doting and devoted grandfather to Jessica, Brendan and Leah. He is also survived by his sister, Angeline Pereira, who lives in Australia. Errol was born in Ceylon (Sri Lanka) but moved to Canada in 1974 with his beloved wife Helene and 2 children to give them a better life and better opportunities.  He was a well-respected athlete who represented St Peter’s College in Discus and Javelin. Part of the 1957 team noted as one of the best ever. He won the Public Schools Championships in Javelin Throw and represented Ceylon in the Asia Games in Discus and Javelin  He made Toronto his home, working at the Royal Bank of Canada for over 20 years retiring in 2000. ...
