Obituary for Dugald Gonsal DUGALD GONSAL OBE 12 th April 1935 – 19 June 2023 Father of Karen, Nadine and Kim and grandfather to 10 grandchildren. He was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka and moved to London in the early 1960s. He lived in London for the rest of his life. A fully qualified structural and civil engineer, he was chief engineer at Camden Council for many years. He was awarded an OBE for services to Highways and Engineering by Queen Elizabeth II on 31st October 2000. He was a past president of the Old Ben’s Association in the UK. He loved dogs, especially his beloved West Highland Terrier, Bonnie. His funeral will be held on Monday the 17 th July at St John Fisher Church, Harrow, Middlesex. ...
