Nimalka Wijesuriya, Vice Captain of the 1st X1 cricket team 1970. In the attached photo standing 3 rd from left is Nimalka.  To The STC DSA Era Group, It is with deep sadness we note the passing away of Nimalka Wijesuriya. He was a School Prefect, Vice Captain of the 1st X1 cricket team 1970 & Captain,  Under 14 cricket team 1964. An unforgettable character and a very dear friend who will be missed but will be dearly remembered at all Thomian gatherings. Our deepest sympathies go out to the bereaved family members, brothers Manilka, Neomal and Rukmal. Whilst we mourn his passing, may his gental soul rest in Peace.
