The majority of the population living in the suburbs of this estate are daily-wage labourers. Many school students in these needy families are having hardships due to a lack of school accessories. By considering these needs, the Abbotsleigh estate donated school accessories worth 4 million recently as a Corporate Social (CSR). The donation programs were held in simple arrangements at a few selected, convenient locations where those beneficiaries were able to attend without hindering educational or other commitments. 550 school students in the Abbotsleigh area benefited from this program.
