The Annual General Meeting of the Old Boys of Royal College, Colombo in NSW & ACT Inc. will be held on Sunday 28th February 2016at the NORTH RYDE GOLF CLUB, TWIN ROAD, NORTH RYDE. The AGM will commence at
6:30 p.m.

- President will call the meeting to order
- Apologies for non attendance
- President’s welcome address
- Presentation of the Secretary’s report
- Presentation and adoption of the Annual Financial Report
- Election of Office Bearers & Appointment of Hon. Auditor
- Any other business – (Notice of which should be sent in writing to the Hon Secretary 21 days before the AGM)
Note: All current office bearers retire compulsorily but are eligible for re-election.

As per the constitution nomination must be received by the Hon Secretary, 21 days prior to the AGM.
Special Message from the Committee:
The committee has arranged for a limited supply of soft drinks, beer and wine for the members and their spouses who attend the meeting (no charge).
At the conclusion of the AGM the members may choose to have dinner at the Golf Club (strongly encouraged to promote fellowship and networking) at Club prices.
As in the past years, whilst spouses/partners of members are welcome to be at the meeting, they would not be participating in any of the AGM proceedings/activities.
