As Sri Lankans, we are always proud to see our countrymen doing exceptionally well, especially overseas where the challenge is greater. In the land, Down Under, quite a few Sri Lankans have made their mark, in their respective fields, and there are some who have zoomed their way to the top – bringing glory to their motherland Sadish Visvalingam (founding member and senior advisor) of Premier Financial Advisors is now a big name in the Australian Finance industry.

He is the youngest son of Prema Wijesinghe and Muththiah Visvalingam. His father was the former chief accountant at Hemachandra Brothers Kandy and his mother was the former additional secretary at the Central Bank Secretariat Department. His brother Tharinda Visvalingam is a pioneer in the Melbourne banking world.

Sadish is married to Harshani Visvalingam, who was first runner-up Miss Sri Lanka Australia 2015. She works as a corporate analyst in one of the major Australian financial institutions.

Sadish moved to Australia, in 2007, to attend Deakin University for tertiary studies and, after four years of working part time, as a Manager at Homesglen McDonalds, and studying full time, he completed his academic studies, in 2010.

Sadish graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree-majors in Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning and Commercial Law with a distinction average. He then went on to start his professional career and his first job was with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
They say hard work and dedication are essential for progress and Sadish moved from his back office role to a home lending manger in double quick time.

In 2013, Sadish was promoted to Premier Banking. Working within the ranks, he then became a Premier Relationship Manager.

In 2015, he was awarded the status of Diamond Relationship Manager (the highest recognition awarded for a CBA Relationship Manager).

Last year (2016), Sadish was recognised and awarded by CBA’s group executives for being one of the top 5 highest performing Premier Relationship Managers in Victoria and Tasmania.

He also received a number of recognitions, over the years, from the Commonwealth Bank’s Executive General Managers.
Being a highly motivated, dedicated and outgoing individual, Sadish started the Premier Financial Advisors (PFA) in April 2016.
Premier Financial Advisors is a boutique finance company created in order to provide tailored finance solutions for individuals, and organisations, who require finance options.

PFA specialises in medical practitioner finance, loans for investment properties, loans for first home buyers, commercial loans, and much more, and their expertise is available 24/7.

Networking through his friends, family and referral partners, Sadish saw his business grow at a rapid rate and today it’s one of the top finance firms in Victoria. His long term goal, he says, is to create a world class finance firm.

Apart from working to realise the finance goals of many, Sadish actively dedicates his time to charity; he frequently donates toys to Monash Children’s Hospital. He also donates books, toys and other necessities to Daya Nivasa Kandy (Home for kids with special needs) and Kanniya Regional School, in Trincomalee, on a regular basis.

Sadish is also an active member of Lyndhurst Lions club, a council member of Finance Broker Association Australia (FBAA) and Treasurer of St. Sylvester’s OBA Australia.

Being a go-getter, with a vision, one wouldn’t be surprised to see Sadish, and PFA, reach the very top of the finance industry – before long.
