The Crewstone Plus94 Technology Fund –a $75 million private equity fund has been launched by leading investment firms Crewstone International and Plus94 Fund. This new initiative aims to accelerate the growth of both Southeast and South Asia’s tech sectors, with a strategic focus on HealthTech, AI-driven outsourcing, AgriTech, and Deep Tech.

The inauguration of the Crewstone Plus94 Technology Fund marks a significant partnership between a Sri Lankan and Malaysian firm, offering investors a unique opportunity to participate in the dynamic growth of the region’s technology sectors. With a minimum investment of $5 million for a fund life of 8 years, investors are offered IPO, Trade Sale, and Secondary Sale as exit strategies.
