“BANNON’S CANNON”

Poetic justice for all my Lankan/Australian readers everywhere. S.B.S Television, Sunday night, the 11th of June, 2017 at 8.30 pm, an hour long documentary that seemed to pass by, in about 15 minutes (it was SO interesting), all about “The new America” that will hopefully become “The Country” to bring Peace and Stability once again, into a World that is right now, in SO much turmoil, not one of us know WHEN the final curtain comes down, and as a famous quote of the Royal Ceylon Navy states, then, it will be LIGHTS OUT, PIPE DOWN for us all.
Wars that were supposed to “end all wars”, SO many of them in the lifetime of this writer already. Drugs, abject Poverty, Homelessness, Starvation, you name it, and at least 80% of Humanity have suffered the terrible consequences. 10% might be “just scraping through” & the balance are the “Wealthy & well-looked-after”. NOW, to put the “Quinine on the cake-top” comes TERRORISM. This “Bitter-Curse” has been with us for quite a while now and seems to be getting worse with each passing day. We, in Australia have been LUCKY in that terrorism has not been as rampant as in some other Western Countries but the “ALERT SYSTEMS” are on, and so they should be. It could be our turn next.
America’s new President Donald Trump has not even completed his “Political Honeymoon” & he has already faced a fair share if criticism, mostly for”rhetoric” that would not have been possible to solve, had he even been “SUPERMAN”. He has already “sacked” many top members of the Presidential Staff, gone overseas a couple or three times, met a few other Presidents & even the Pope, prayed at the “Wailing Wall” in Israel and is now back at the White House, still having a “go” at the Social Media whom he considers to be “FAKE”.
As I normally do, I watched this documentary this evening & DID form my own opinion on this guy named Steve Bannon. He is still a close member of the President’s Staff and has not, is not, & never will be “backward in coming forward” with his own views on what would make America become great, again.
To me, Steve seems to be a “born fighter” in the best sense of the word. He looks rough & tough” doesn’t seem to give a damn about donning Presidential “regalia” when meeting Donald or his other Senior, appropriatly dressed staff (including the S.I.L.), speaks his mind without fear or favour, and because of all this, has become the “subject” of a touch of green, “Internal-Jealousy ” at the White-House.
As a matter of fact, while I watched President Donald Trump giving his followers another “speech”, on T.V., I felt that the President was really “mouthing” the very words that Steve Bannon (standing not very far away), was psychologically saying to his “boss” without uttering a woed. MR. PRESIDENT, you have a very good man there. Look after him, & together, you will really make America GREAT again.
