Australian Premirer of the latest Sri Lankan film “ASU”. The film story was inspired based on the tragic death of Indira Jayasuriya who succumbed to the breast cancer in November 2016 at the age of 40. Film was directed by Sanjeewa Pushpakumara. The film stars Udari Warnakulasooriya, Shyam Fernando and Dinara Punchihewa in the main lead roles.
The film was officially selected for competition at the 2021 Asian World Film Festival, Los Angeles and Asian Competition’s Feature section at the 34th edition of the 2021 Tokyo International Film Festival.
