Dear RCOBA NSW and ACT Member,
The RCOBA NSW and ACT Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held from 6:00pm onwards on Sunday, 31 March 2024 at the Castle Hill Community Centre.
All members are encouraged to attend the AGM. Following the AGM, we will have networking drinks and the traditional fellowship dinner for members and their partners.

Schedule: 6:00-6:30pm Member meet & greet
6.30-7:30pm Annual General Meeting
7.30pm onwards Networking drinks & fellowship dinner
Fellowship dinner : There will be a nominal cost of $20 per head for our usual scrumptious Sri Lankan buffet and selection of beverages
AGM Agenda
1. President will call the meeting to order
2. Apologies for non-attendance
3. President’s welcome address
4. Presentation of the Secretary’s report
5. Presentation and adoption of the annual financial report
6. Election of new office bearers & appointment of the Auditor (under the guidance of the Returning Officer)
7. Any other business – notice of which should be sent in writing to the Secretary at secretary@rcoba.org.au 21 days before the AGM (ie 12 midnight AEST 10 March 2024).
Nominations to join the Committee – All members wishing to join the Committee or nominate a member to join the Committee should forward their nomination to the Secretary (copy to President@rcoba.org.au) via the below form 21 days before the AGM (ie 12 midnight AEST 10 March 2024).
