Falckon Health marks 5th Anniversary celebrating impressive milestones and next phase of growth

Falckon Health

Falckon Health, a leading Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company, with clientele in the US and business processing in Sri Lanka, celebrated its 5th Anniversary with a gathering of stakeholders recently, marking its noteworthy growth trajectory and impressive milestones.

The event which took place at its newly opened Sri Lankan operations centre located at Colombo 03, in the presence of the company’s founders, directors and workforce.

During the event, Falckon Health’s founders and directors addressed the company’s workforce, partners, and suppliers, highlighting the achievements, expressing gratitude for their contributions, and explaining future goals of the organisation. The occasion was marked by a ceremonial cake-cutting by senior and junior staff members, capturing the spirit of camaraderie, unity and teamwork that has propelled the company’s success.

The event, held during operational hours, marked a significant milestone for the company as it resumed office operations after successfully transitioning to a work-from-home setup during the pandemic.

Falckon Health’s anniversary celebration not only commemorated its achievements but also reinforced its commitment to nurturing a positive work environment that values transparency, open communication, and professional growth for its employees.

Founded in March 2019 by industry veterans Rajprasath Sundarajah, Jay Sundarajah, and Roshan Sundarajah, Falckon Health has rapidly established itself as a trusted partner and a key player in the US healthcare RCM industry, providing essential intermediary services between healthcare service providers and insurance companies in managing the complex billing and claims processes.

From humble beginnings with just 10 employees, today, the company has rapidly expanded to a workforce of over 50 professionals. Falckon Health powers ahead with a management team boasting over 15 years of industry experience, including seasoned experts from other prominent RCM firms.

Despite facing challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic and Sri Lanka’s crisis, Falckon Health demonstrated resilience and innovation by implementing pioneering innovative work-from-home solutions, becoming the first Sri Lankan Revenue Cycle Management company to manage 100% of its operations remotely. The adaptability and commitment to maintaining operational excellence have set Falckon Health apart in the industry.

“We are thrilled to celebrate this significant milestone and the extraordinary journey of Falckon Health,” said Rajprasath Sundarajah, Co-founder and Director of Operations. “Our success is a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and expertise of our team, who have consistently delivered exceptional service to our clients in the US healthcare industry.”

Falckon Health’s commitment to maintaining an open and transparent work environment, coupled with its dedication to professional development, comprehensive training and attractive remuneration, has positioned it as an employer of choice in the industry. The company’s recognition among the top 10 RCM companies by Healthcare Business Review and the receipt of the Best in Business Award by Inc Magazine in 2021 further validate its standing as a leader in the field.

With operations spanning the United States, Sri Lanka, and Canada, Falckon Health has established itself as a global player in the RCM space, providing comprehensive services that range from eligibility verification and claims submission to payment negotiation and advisory services.

“As we celebrate our 5th Anniversary, we remain dedicated to empowering our clients with innovative solutions and unparalleled expertise in revenue cycle management,” said Jay Sundarajah, Co-founder and Director of Business Development. “Our success is rooted in our ability to adapt to changing market dynamics while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.”

As Falckon Health looks ahead to the future, it remains focused on its mission to deliver high-quality RCM services, leverage expertise and industry insights to provide advisory services to healthcare professionals and contribute to the success of its US clientele. Embarking on the next phase, Falckon Health is poised to continue the growth trajectory and continue to be a trusted partner, making a dynamic impact in the healthcare RCM industry.
