We are sad to announce the passing of George Rupesinghe, the Editor of the ‘Darley News’, the newsletter of the Old Josephians’ Association of NSW and former Secretary.
George was one of the longest-standing life members of the association and served in several capacities. He was the longest-serving Secretary of our Association.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
Please hold him, his wife, Maureen and family in your thoughts and prayers.
The funeral service will be at 10.30 am on Tuesday, 3rd June at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, 763 Canterbury Road, Belmore, followed by burial and wake at Rookwood Catholic Cemetery.
All members attending the funeral are requested t wear the College tie
