“LIVING IN LIMBO”

With our modern World living in limbo (the outer regions of hell), at this moment, the “Rogue-Nation” North Korea launching missiles, one after another, thumbing their noses at everyone around them, U.N.Sanctions being “a big joke”to all North Koreans, or, so it seems, with new “wars” breaking out all over the place, nothing but “bad-news” BREAKING now, whenever we turn on the television, with no new Planet that Human Beings have still discovered, would be able to accommodate us, “going forward”(a new phrase, now used excessively because it is so easy to remember),for Politicians especially, as they all seem to go in the opposite direction and incessantly call for “meetings”, only to decide when the next meeting will be, going forward (see what I mean?).

Mr.Kim, there’s too much of him, not at all slim, has the World on the brim(of limbo), badly needs a hair-trim, this International Crim.,should be scrubbed clean with Vim, (which every old Lankan should remember anway, going forward, sideways or backward), and what is the answer to all Kim’s rantings? Of course, more “Sanctions” I am heartily fed-up with the bloody word. Now “Functions” are out, for me & as “Extreme Unction is only wishful thinking, I sit here, wondering when all these sanctions will hit North Korea in the “tum” & their leader on the “bum”.

There is not very much to smile about, but what else can we do, going forward? (there I go again)!!. For my eLanka readers, I always TRY to sound optimistic. I am optimistic enough to realize that the North Korean Leaders are no fools and that they are fully aware WHERE their “missiles” should finally land (in the Sea), BUT, even the very best “technology” fails sometimes & right now, I would not visit Japan or Guam for quids.

IF THIS HAPPENS, WORLD-WAR 3 WILL BREAK OUT & MILLIONS OF INNOCENT MEN, WOMEN & CHILDREN WILL BE KILLED TOTALLY UNNECESSARILY.

It is imperative for all of us to remember that, as Lankan Aussies, our MAIN ALLY is the United States of America & that AMERICA has been involved in nineteen Wars & Conflicts SINCE WORLD WAR 2. This, in itself is hard enough to imagine, so WHO wants another war? .
To be “Living in Limbo” is bad enough. Here’s hoping that the UNITED NATIONS will use their collective brains to STOP this Rogue Nation & it’s Leader in their tracks. We are just a tiny blue “dot” in the blackness of Space and are not quite ready to “smash” ourselves into the “rings of Saturn”, as yet, so let’s make love & not War.
