The funeral service to celebrate the life of George Mendis will be held at the Boyd Chapel, Springvale Botanical Cemetery, on Wednesday 15th December, at 3:30pm. A viewing will precede the service.

Following, a funeral repast will take place at Grand on Princes, 2251 Princes Hwy, Mulgrave, all are welcome.

Respected scholar and sportsman, passed away peacefully on Sunday at 96.

Beloved husband of Swi, adored father of Priyan, Sarj, Indi, Champ, and Tusi, and father-in-law to Sandu, Rohan, Kaumudi, and Kathryn.

Loving grandfather to Rivi, Meth, Miara, Shanaya, Shevin, Danika, Callum, and Taneisha.

The love and care you showed us all will bloom and grow forever.
