Recipe book ‘රසින් සපිරි මැලේ බොජුන්‘ on Malay delicacies compiled in Sinhala by Edward Chandrasiri – to be launched at the Public library on Saturday 02/09/2023 at 3pm with renowned Chef Deshabandu Pablis Silva
The SL Malays not only brought their rich culture but also shared their culinary skills in the country they called home. No meal at a party is complete without Malay pickle or Nasi Goreng with Serkaya (wattalapam) for dessert and Dodol for the evening tea.
A 144 page recipe book ‘රසින් සපිරි මැලේ බොජුන්’ on Malay delicacies, a first of its kind compiled in Sinhala by Edward Chandrasiri is to be launched at the Public library on Saturday 02/09/2023 at 3pm with renowned Chef Deshabandu Pablis Silva, a maestro in the science of the culinary art delivering the oration.
The event is organisized by Conference of Sri Lankan Malays (COSLAM) and Pertubuan Bangsa Melayu.
