Rupee appreciates against Gulf currencies – By Sunil Thenabadu

The Sri Lankan Rupee has appreciated further against several Gulf currencies today in comparison to yesterday (03), the Central Bank of Sri Lanka reported.
According to the CBSL, the Rupee has also appreciated against the UAE’s Dirham of which the selling rate has reduced from Rs. 87.38 to Rs. 87.12.
The rupee has also appreciated against a basket of other foreign currencies, including the US Dollar of which the selling rate is Rs. 326.62.
