On Sunday the 24th February 2019 I felt honoured to join the list of Nonagenarians and be privileged to celebrate my 90th birthday among family and friends.
Since then, an added seven years have gone by and much water has flowed beneath the bridge.
There has been the good times and the bad times, Happy times and sad times, Times of success and times of failure.
Healthwise, beside good health I have managed the aches and pains associated with ageing. Although, as a matter of medical concern I had to be hospitalised a few times.
I have never given up on the purpose of life and have faced the adversities and the vicissitudes with a mind of fortitude to reach this milestone.
Most of all I count on God’s Blessings, and I would like you to join me in giving God all the thanks and praise.
I look forward to the next three years of my life’s journey and God willing to be alive to join the list of Centenarians.
I take this opportunity to thank my dear wife Claudette, loving daughter Fiona & loving son Chris for their concern, support, care & love bestowed on me at all times. (not forgetting the Pets Kira and Milly who gives me much joy). Also, all those who have crossed my path as friends leaving happy memories.
“Great is thy faithfulness” is my Favourite hymn and I dedicate it to the Glory of God and I give Him praise and thanks in the hymn “ Here we are.”
