Alston Koch opens the first International & Proffesional boxing championships in Colombo Sri Lanka. Born & raised in Sri Lanka (Ceylon) Alston was given a tumultuous welcome as he changed the lyrics of a hit song instantly to blend in with this monumentous occaision with dignatories from all over the world present. His back up singer dancers (Both twins) were especially flown in from Ukraine by the organisers DJMC of the UAE. Alston will open at the Taj Bombay this week and also at the Dubai Fashion week mid December.

Legendary SriLankan born Australian and American award winning singer – songwriter and actor Alston Koch back in his hometown & in command at the 1st proffesional Boxing Championships to be held in Sri Lanka organised by DJMC of the UAE. The only International Top 40 music chart singer todate produced by this little SriLankan island was also the pioneer of Cable and PayTV when he introduced Comet Cable to his former island home in 1998. A member of the Grammy Academy & also a pioneer for Climate Change for the SriLankan Tourism Authority as their Hon Ambassador Koch will be assisting the World’s Climate Change movement alongside Prof. Geoffrey Lipman and SUN X in their goals in providing a better world for our children and our children’s children.
