1.DCR Media Productions provides this service in good faith, however from time to time technical issues do arise beyond our control. All measures are taken to ensure a smooth Live stream service to you, Wi-Fi, sound, and video quality and in extreme cases loss of stream can occur, while this does not happen very often it is a risk factor and should be considered. A video recording of the live stream is taken in case any issue does arise.
2.The link provided to you is secure to only those that have it, it is not advised to share on any social media sites as privacy is not guaranteed.
- All attendees need to be advised that live streaming and video recording is taking place and attending, is their approval to be included in the broadcast or recording.
- As we send you the streaming link days before the service, we advise that you continually check your emails for any link updates right up until the time of the service. Changes only occur if we feel there has been a security breach. It can seem like an inconvenience, but rest assured we have our family’s best interests at heart.
- When sending the link out please advise the recipients to test the link prior to the day, they should see the page photograph or logo

Also if you are prompted to pay for a subscription to Vimeo you do not need too, it may do this if your browser on your viewing device is out of date, if so you can simply download the Vimeo App to view, you do not need to purchase a subscription.
