Vision Care, Sri Lanka’s largest vision, hearing and eyewear solutions provider, continues its partnership with Colombo Fashion Week (CFW) as the Official Eyewear Partner for the 13th consecutive year, supporting one of the country’s most influential fashion platforms. The Colombo Fashion Week Summer Edition, is scheduled to take place from 1–4 April at City of Dreams, bringing together designers, fashion industry stakeholders, and creative talent for four days of runway showcases and fashion-focused experiences.

Now in its 23rd year, Colombo Fashion Week has established itself as one of South Asia’s long-standing fashion platforms playing a key role in nurturing Sri Lanka’s fashion ecosystem by providing a platform for designers to showcase their creativity while connecting local talent with international fashion markets. This year’s edition will feature over 30 designers, including participants from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, South Africa, China, and Russia, alongside leading Sri Lankan designers, making it one of the most internationally represented editions in recent years.

As part of its collaboration with Colombo Fashion Week, Vision Care will spotlight two globally celebrated eyewear brands, Persol and Michael Kors, while also offering designers access to its wider portfolio of luxury eyewear collections to explore how premium eyewear can complement and elevate their runway creations.

Harsha Maduranga, General Manager of Vision Care, stated, “Colombo Fashion Week has played an important role in shaping Sri Lanka’s fashion landscape, and Vision Care is proud to continue our partnership with the platform for the 13th consecutive year. Eyewear today is no longer just a functional product; it has become an important style element. While we are particularly excited to spotlight Persol and Michael Kors at this year’s Summer Edition, we are also opening up our full collection of eyewear to designers. We warmly invite all designers to explore the range and see how eyewear can become part of their creative expression on the runway.”

Ajai Vir Singh, Founder, Colombo Fashion Week stated: “Vision Care has been our partner since last 13 years, they have invested in our vision and partnered in creating opportunities for the fashion design industry of Sri Lanka. We look forward to a successful new season with them.”

Through its continued collaboration with Colombo Fashion Week, Vision Care remains committed to bringing international eyewear trends to Sri Lanka while supporting the growth of the country’s fashion industry. As designers prepare to unveil their collections at the upcoming Summer Edition, Vision Care looks forward to seeing how eyewear continues to play an increasingly prominent role in shaping modern fashion on the runway. Vision Care currently operates over 80 branches island-wide, offering vision, hearing, and eyewear solutions to customers across Sri Lanka.
