ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

by Desmond Kelly ‘the Star of eLanka’

Another English Phrase, this time spoken by the present Prime Minister of Great Britain, this time, with much more MEANING than ever before, this time, not only because she faces another “election” in the not too distant future, but because SHE KNOWS that SOMETHING MUST BE DONE before oridinary people in England & everywhere else in the WORLD will be able to live ordinary lives either working or enjoying themselves without the fear of sudden attacks from crazy jihardist TERRORISTS.

Yes, we do know that radicalized human beings are “at work” planning all kinds of “surprise attacks” on people EVERYWHERE, nowadays. It does not matter if Madam Theresa May WAS using this last attack in Manchester to politicise the situation, personally, I do not think so, it doesn’t matter what ANYBODY thinks, these attacks are becoming more & more frequent & have to be prevented FULL STOP. 34 INDIVIDUALS have been murdered in Britain alone, in the last few weeks. This CANNOT go on. It has got to STOP.

Main “Terrorist Strongholds” are much easier to “get rid-of”. As a matter of fact, some of the ISIS bases are LOSING THE BATTLE, right now BUT, in Cities, Towns & Suburbs, everywhere, there are literally THOUSANDS of radicalized jihardists “working” in all sorts of ways to get rid of anyone who doesn’t see things their way. THEY are the ones, better Some are, right now, in the process of producing suicide bombs with which they can “go to heaven” themselves ( or so, they think), after carrying out their “dirty work”, others manufacturing fake “suicide bomb vests” to have people think that they are, indeed “suicide bombers”(these are the idiots who don’t want to go to heaven just yet), still others who are using vehicles & now, knives, to do their killing for them, BUT, the simple truth is that, while still a MINORITY, they are JUST AS DANGEROUS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

With the “Social-Media”(doing what they should do without the exaggeration that is so obvious, sometimes), with the Police & Security people doing a good job, hindered, nowadays by the rules & regulations of the “do-gooders”, with the Ambulance drivers, Hospitals, Paramedics, Nurses & other ordinary, caring people who sometimes put their own lives in danger to protect the more vulnerable ones, we are indeed LUCKY that these unfortunate happenings do not occur mire often.

Still, IN THE MINORITY OR NOT, If the “Intelligiansa” of every Country has EVEN THE SLIGHTEST CLUE that there are indivuduals living in certain areas that wish to “air” their radicalization, THEY SHOULD AUTHORISE their GOVERNMENTS & LAWMAKERS to get these radicals in for intensive questioning BEFORE & NOT AFTER these “terrorists” carry out their TERROR.
I am not too sure if too many of my Lankan & other readers know this, but a former late “Leader” of Singapore, ( & he was a great leader), Li Quan Yew had a few SELF-CHOSEN covert Intelligent “agents” in each and EVERY City, Town & Suburb in Singapore & Kwala-Lampur to keep him FULLY INFORMED of anybody in their areas who might even be a future troublemaker.
These “Agents” were authorised to direct-communication with this “Leader” who went on to change Singapore to be very much better in every way, than it previously was. In his time, Police, for example had to attend to ANY crime, accidents, etc., WITHIN 3 minutes of hearing about them, or THEY would be in trouble. I was told this by none other than an ex-cop from Singapore, a friend of mine.

Once adequate questioning is completed, residences of these individuals must be thoroughly checked. Anything suspicious found? , arrest the bastards. Hold them, try them and, if guilty, then jail them on hard labour, stale bread & water & teach them a lesson that they will never forget. Then, these would-be terrorists would “spread the word” that if they wanted to “go to heaven”, they should kill themselves and not others.

ALL THE TALKING HAS BEEN DONE. LONDON BRIDGE HAS NOT FALLEN DOWN, ORDINARY PROPLE MUST BE ALLOWED TO LIVE THEIR LIVES IN PEACE. WE HAVE THE INTELLIGENCE, CYBER-SECURITY, SOCIAL-MEDIA & ARMED FORCES (IF NECESSARY) TO STOP THIS BLOODY TERRORISM . ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, LET US NOW GET “TOUGH”.

P.S. It will not be easy, but we have to make a start somewhere. D.K.
