Dear Community Member
Date: Sunday 28 April 2019
Time: starting early around 8:00 am
Venue: Grevillea Pavillion, Nurragingy Reserve, Knox Road, Doonside. Please see attached map for your reference.
We welcome all community members and look forward to seeing families with children and young adults and not so young as well as the seniors.
This is an opportunity for the members of our community to get-together in a spirit of friendship and unity and have a fun filled day.
There will be something for everyone including fun cricket, games, sing song etc.
Please bring some finger food, drinks, fruits, sweets to share with others as well as some mats, camp chairs, sports equipment, umbrellas etc.
To supplement the food you bring, we will have a BBQ going.
Some of us may need to be there by about 7:00 am to secure the picnic area, so all are kindly requested to come, preferably around 8:00
to start the activities early and make use of most of the day.
In order for us to plan the activities and buy the food for the BBQ please let us know the number of adults and children participating by return email.
