The above trip was organized by Hume Sri Lanka Senior Association Gladstone Park. We 54 Sri Lankans started from Gladstone Park Shopping center at about 7.15am on 8th February 2020. On our way, we had to stop for tea & lunch. We had lunch on a park, we all shared our lunch with each other.

We had booked two roomed small houses for all of us. The Senior Citizen Association of Mt. Gambier had organized us dinner for us and we had some singsong and dancing prior to our dinner.

The next day morning 9th February 2020, the Senior Citizen Association of Mt. Gambier gave breakfast. They went out of their way to serve us and we appreciate their hospitality and we made friends with us.

Early in the morning some of our team members’ prepared rice and curry for lunch. After breakfast we started our journey back. On our way we went to see a famous “Tantanoola Caves”, “Blue Lake” “Herbert Vineyard” and Cave Garden etc

Later we reached Gladstone Park at about 9pm that evening. We all enjoyed our trip.
