Happy Retirement Dear Admiral Priyantha

While congratulating you on your promotion as Admiral with hearts full of gratitude and respect we bid farewell to remarkable leader,

Admiral Priyantha Perera, as you retire from your distinguished service as the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy. Your dedication to the nation has been nothing short of exemplary. Through years of steadfast service, you have safeguarded the sovereignty of our motherland with courage, wisdom, and honor, earning the admiration and respect of all Sri Lankans.

Beyond your contributions to the nation, your deep bond with your alma mater, Royal College, stands as a testament to your enduring loyalty and love for the institution that shaped you. From inspiring generations of Royalists to generously supporting the College’s endeavors, your commitment has strengthened the ties between tradition and progress.

Your exceptional service to the Royal College Scouts, in particular, deserves special recognition. Your leadership, guidance, and encouragement have nurtured the spirit of discipline, service, and adventure among countless young Scouts, leaving an indelible mark on their lives.

On a personal note, your steadfast support and kindness to me have been invaluable. Your willingness to assist in every way, always with humility and a warm heart, is a quality I will forever cherish. It has been an honor to know and work with someone of your caliber and character.

As you step into this new chapter of life, may your retirement bring you joy, fulfillment, and much-deserved relaxation. I am confident that the same determination and vision that guided your professional life will continue to enrich your days ahead.

Dear Admiral Priyantha, wishing you and your family health, happiness, and success in all your future endeavors.

May your legacy continue to inspire us all.

Thank you, Admiral Priyantha Perera, for your outstanding service and dedication.

 Riyaz Aluher
