Designing YOUR blueprint for success, is how I interpret Rashan’s manuscript. What an amazing selection of crucial characteristics for an individual to master! Even the closest of friends or even twins, will have different images of what success looks like for them. Rashan starts out, discovering what one might define as success.

Is it a high level of performance in something? Is it happiness? Is it being confident enough to be inquisitive in life or to be in a position to be thankful and considerate?

Rashan, originally from Sri Lanka, migrated to Australia at a young age, where he cultivated a passion for design and demonstrated strong leadership skills throughout his secondary and tertiary education.
