Dear friends,
I hope this message finds you safe and well.
As many of you know, Sri Lanka has been struck by one of the most devastating disasters in our lifetime. The floods and landslides have taken hundreds of lives, displaced countless families, and left entire communities grieving and without a home. Although many of us live far from the island now, our hearts have never left it.
In response to this tragedy, I have created a song and video titled “Island of My Heart.”
It is a personal tribute to the country where I was born, and a reminder of the strength, beauty and resilience of our people.
I would be grateful if you could take a moment to watch the video, share it with others, and help raise awareness of the ongoing need for support in Sri Lanka. Even the smallest act of compassion can make a meaningful difference to a family who has lost everything.
