Vietjet partners with the Hindu Council of Australia to illuminate Deepavali 2023

Vietjet is excited to announce its partnership with the Hindu Council of Australia, extending support for the Deepavali Festival 2023. This collaboration marks a significant step towards fostering cultural exchange and strengthening ties between the Vietnamese and Indian communities.
This partnership coincides with the timely launch of a direct route between Ho Chi Minh City and Tiruchirappalli, starting on 2 November 2023. This expansion enhances Vietjet’s direct connections to India, now serving five key cities, including Mumbai, New Delhi, Ahmedabad, Kochi, and Tiruchirappalli. The timing couldn’t be better, as this extended network offers a more cost-effective travel option for the Indian-born population living in Australia, estimated at around 710,380 by the end of June 2021.
Recently, Vietjet announced to fly from Adelaide and Perth to Ho Chi Minh City this November, establishing its fourth and fifth routes connecting Australia and Vietnam – efficiently facilitating passengers’ connection to India and many other Asia destinations.
Vietjet also presents a fantastic opportunity with its weekly promotional fares available every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Travellers can seize one-way fares for as low as AUD 269, all-inclusive, between Australia and India via Ho Chi Minh City by booking at https://www.vietjetair.com/en or through Vietjet’s mobile app. This initiative underscores Vietjet’s commitment to making travel affordable and accessible while celebrating cultural connections.
