Sri Lankan Recipes by Curry Mad – SL Rice Conji

Ingredients

1 Tin Coconut Milk
1 Cup Rice (Brown or White Basmati)
Salt to taste

Preparation

Wash the Rice and cook with the Coconut Milk until soft. Add Salt to your taste.
This can be eaten with Jaggery, available from Sri Lankan grocery shops, Brown/Raw Sugar, Sambol or anything that tickles your fancy.
