Sri Lankan Recipes by Curry Mad – Fish Pickle
Ingredients
2 Tsp Chilli powder
1 Tsp Coriander
1 Sprig Curry leaves
3/4 Tsp Fennel seed powder
1/2 Kg Fresh Fish
1 Tsp Garlic & Ginger paste
4 Green Chillies
1 Tsp Turmeric
Preparation
Use Fish with the least amount of bones.
Marinate in 3 Tsp each of Chilli Powder and Garlic and Ginger paste, 3/4 Tsp Fennel Seed
Powder and 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder for about 30 to 60 minutes.
Then put all ingredients together and fry in Oil until cooked for a few minutes.

Fennel Seed Powder
1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder
