For one night only, Hopper Joint and Dilmah are serving a dinner built around flavour, story and Sri Lankan hospitality.
You’ll start with a Dutch Rules gin and Dilmah tea cocktail, then move through a curated Hopper Joint menu with snacks, short eats, mains and dessert.
Across the evening, Dilmah teas will be served hot, iced and woven through the food – including the first taste of Paradise Sunset Tea, launching that day.
